Eye space

There are two eye spaces here, the left one promising two eyes.

Eye space

W1 strikes the vital point, preventing Black from making two eyes there.

After B2 securing one eye, W3 destroys the other eye. W3 on a works, too, but leaves an additional ko-threat.

Other B2

When Black secures the right eye first, W5 destroys the left eye.

No ko

There is no chance for forcing a ko, because after W2, W4 captures two stones.

Bad idea

After B2, White killing the left eye first is not a good idea, because B6 creates another potential eye.
