Ankara
Ankara is the capital city of Turkey, with nearly 4.500.000 inhabitants. The first go players of Turkey were found in Ankara by 1980s. Turkey's first go club build in METU in 1989 by Alpar Kilinc and Mehmet Dardeniz. Turkish Go Players' Association was also established in Ankara in 1995.
