Hi there,

Beginner with a question about eyes. So, it says that two seperate eyes guarantees life as the opponent cannot force two moves in a row. I'm just a little confused, though, because if chips have to be attached to an open spot, then how can my opponent place in either of my eyes anyway? (i.e., if the opponent places in either of my eyes, then the chip would not be connected to an open space)
