As a player on OGS, I am very much interested in the advantages and limitations of various rating systems, such as Elo, Glicko, KGS and EGF. I have known about the Points Rating System being used in clubs and Go salons in Japan, but could not find decent description of it in English. So I decided it is about time an article is created on Sensei's, and here is the result of mostly translating online materials in Japanese.
