Sorry I told in subject ( http://senseis.xmp.net/?diff=CEGOGrandPrix&new=19 ) "Artem" but I meant "Andrij". He did not participate qualifiers and gained 2 points in Vienna. There were also side tournaments - probably they included.

BTW. why Fan Hui didn't get 30 points for Sibiu? They probably forgot to say that players has to fulfill requirements from EGF Professional Go System Constitution ( http://eurogofed.org/proqualification/EU-Pro-System_%20final-version-5_2014-04-09.pdf ) -> "The candidate must hold a passport of an EGF-member country, and must be a citizen of an EGF-member country for at least ten years."
