If the Net Kisei tournament is to consist of around 400 players of which are four amateurs, the rest of the 396 players are pros? Doesn't seem right somehow.

According to the professional rank histogram page, there are only 325 active pros in Japan. Unless something is missing, that means at least 75 of the players are Amatuers?

there are two professional associations in japan. (kansai ki-in wasn't listed on that page.)
