5.9.37.136: Can't see Article of the Week/Month or Quote of the Week/Month on Front Page (2014-11-13 16:42) [#10299]

How come I can't see the Article of the Week/Month or Quote of the Week/Month on the Front Page anymore? I really liked those features and thought they were good for new users.

Also, it seems like the Article of the Week/Month needs to be very updated. Most of the comments or recomendations aren't even relevenant or make sense any longer.
