I'm new to go (what a great game!!!) and would like to play against a computer, on a Mac computer or iPad, that I can adjust for strength, so that I'm learning but not losing every game so badly that I don't know what's going on. Suggestions? Many thanks!

Go Intellect is pretty strong and runs on Mac. Yutopian sells it : ![[ext]](images/extlink.gif)
http://www.yutopian.com/go/soft/EAC19.html Sesnsei's Library page says it only runs on OS9 or earlier operating system, not OS10. Yutopian doesn't mention this so maybe the program has been updated. I don't know how Go Intellect is for beginners, unfortunately. Many Faces of Go Would be just what you want but it is Windows only. Isn't there a Wndows emulator on Mac?
