I added the category "South" and put Mississippi in it because Mississippi is rarely considered either "East" or "Central". It is also considered "Southeast", so if that were the title, perhaps other locations, such as Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, North Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, South Carolina, and West Virginia should be moved to the new "Southeast" category?
My personal definition of "Southeast" includes Louisiana, Arkansas, Georgia, and Florida, but excludes Kentucky, West Virginia, and Virginia.
Note that LA, AR, TN, KY would be moved from the "Central" category, and the rest from the "East" category. This represents a consistent and well-known categorization of the US, see Wikipedia on Southeastern US. The Wikipedia page says the following are sometimes excluded: Louisiana, Arkansas, Kentucky, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Another option would be to retain "East" and "South" and put the following in "South": Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee. Florida and Georgia are problematic in this case.
If no one objects or comments, I will decide and make the change in a few days and document here.
