124.171.191.125: KGS server troubles... (2009-12-30 08:39) [#6785]

I remember reading the message on the Kiseido Go Server java webpage applet that certain clients were having trouble connecting. Okay, so I decide to go elsewhere and have a look again later if I can connect again. But when I try to go to www.gokgs.com my browser says that the server is taking too long to respond.
