I was wondering if there is any pro whose shusaku number is obtained via a path which includes an amateur. This seems very unlikely but not impossible. Anyone know of any?

This question was prompted by a Shusaku number someone was claiming which include a pro with Shusaku #5 but I know there are amateurs with lower numbers.
