The aforenamed section says that the correct komi is 1/2 stone on that board. Might it not be argued that it is a whole stone?
You most certainly can try to argue that, but until you present such an argument it is rather hard to refute it. The argument presented on the page in favour of it being half of the value of the first move seems good to me.
