Edit the Ko article, then save it (with or without making changes). In the "Thank you for editing Ko" page, the TOC disappears, leaving only the table of diagrams. (I think this is a very old bug.)

I cannot verify this. Tried it on the ko page as suggested. Can you reproduce the bug?

Used to be a bug, but cannot reproduce it now after trying on a few pages. Seems like you have fixed this bug somewhere along the way, thanks.
