Are you quite sure that the reason "Michiro" became "Michihiro" is not because of the change from 道博 to 導弘, ie. that 道博 can definitely not be read Michiro?

What does GoGoD use? The Michiro page was made by Charles Matthew in 2002, and he would've used GoGoD as his source.
