As far as I can tell, this article Yoo Kyeongmin, created in 2009, refers to the same Taiwanese-Korean professional as does Yu Kyeong-min, an article made in the initial batch of 2002 by Charles Matthews.

And Kyeongmin's Taiwanese name seems to be Yu Keimin, which is the title of his Wikidata article (started in 2013). Go4Go used to use Yu Keimin, but they recently switched to Yoo Kyeongmin.

Since the Yoo form article is much more developed than the Yu form one, there's an argument for keeping that one. But the Yu form article is older. And if we wanted to coordinate with Wikidata, we'd use the Keimin version.

I'd rather keep Yoo Kyeongmin, since it has references. The Yu form doesn't have any apart from in the list of Korean names.
