CDavis7M: Interesting use of "forestall" to me. Technically fine but I can only remember this word being used in the sense of "delay" rather than the "prevention" sense. If "prevent" was the result I would expect to see that word. By the way, is "gyaku yose" more common than "gyaku sente"? Or the other way? I've only heard of "reverse sente" in English but I've only seen "gyaku yose" in Japanese.
