How about prizes? What if we had a cheap entry fee (US$1, £1, €1, ¥120) that went toward a grand prize of a gift certificate to Yutopian or some such place? Or if somebody wanted to donate a set of bowls they have lying around, that could be a prize?

And then, perhaps any remaining balance in the prize fund could be donated to DGS. What do you think?
