Has s/he won an event?
my very vague guess according to my bad memory is that ChoZuiketsu had some surprise success in some major tournament. Although personally i doubt it reason. 86 hits in 23 days isnt a very big deal though.
Yet none of the aliases, or the article title, turn up a page on the Perfect Weiqi Database... I could have a look on the Nihon Ki-in site, and if that's unsuccessful then the Kansai Ki-in one.
