First was told about Go when he was 9 (hmm, it feels wierd writing about myself in the third person..) but this was only as his family had a set, no one he knew actually knew how to play the game beyond knowing the rules. So, he played chess for about ten years.

After getting to university, there was a Go club there, so finally could start learning properly (yay).

So, he have been playing for 3 years now, in his reconing.

Used to be Redghast on KGS but forgot the password after a computer reinstall. Likes this nick more anyway ;)
