A KGS 2k player known for his strong play. Often uses tesuji to save groups and attack in impressive fashion. Also known for being able to occasionally defeat 7d.

A prolific kibitzer and philosopher of Go, Rukis has come up with several concepts that are used in analysis of Go positions. Many respect him and view him as possessing a theoretical understanding that is far beyond his rank.

Rukis also likes KPOP XD

  • I'm impressed its almost accurate :D!
  • I don't know about anyone else who's read this, but I get the feeling that any "concepts that are used in analysis of Go positions" that a kyu level player has come up with surely can't be very good. Sounds to me like this page is a bit more self-indulgent than it is truthful. Sensei's Library is a public resource, not a place for people to write tall tales about themselves.
  • Sorry I'm not as self-centered as you think I am. I, being Rukis, didn't write this page nor have I touched any information on it. Please don't make such ridiculous accusations.
  • I don't know who the first guy is who commented here, but he has a point. You should take some responsibility for this page and get rid of the inaccuracies and exaggerations.
