Strict editing rules, wikipedia like, content: e.g. terms, people, history, etc. (read: factual information)

• each page will a discussion page (in the 'Lobby' domain ?) which should be used for chatter, q&as etc. If a consensus is reached on the discussion page, the 'actual' page can be updated.
• no signing with names on pages,
• being as objective as possible, NPOV
