Radu Baciu

Radu Baciu was a great and positive influence on Romanian Go throughout his life. He died after a short illness in December 2008.

His website contains a huge amount of history of the game in there, and is a great tribute to him.

Radu Baciu was Romanian Champion in 1986. In 1989 he published the book (in romanian language) GO-ul în competiții. The book discusses 7 games played by amateurs in Romania, and is available for free online.
