Order of Finishing

Order Of Finishing is a tiebreaker that can be used in McMahon tournaments. For any tied players, whoever finished their game first will win on tiebreak.

Advantages of Order of Finishing

• Whoever finishes first will win
• It is a simple and easily visible method
• It is not subject to noise

Disadvantages of Order of Finishing

• Should the tied players play each other Order of Finishing is inapplicable
• The referee will need an additional timing mechanism
• No counting is involved
• A player leading by one win is encouraged to resign the last game instantly. (Subject to rating points not being at stake)
