Many terms exist to describe precisely how favorable a particular outcome is to one player or the other. Learning these terms may help you in evaluating positions.
Satisfaction-related terms involve the nuance of the goodness of the outcome relative to what could be expected. A player can be "satisfied" even if his outcome is inferior, if that outcome is the best he could reasonably hope for.
- not unsatisfied
