Here are some of my home-made Gobans. Enjoy! Homepage: Kosh

Made of meranti hardwood, 4 pieces glued together. The legs are made of the same wood. The whole is waxed with furniture wax. The stones (and the baskets) come from China. They are made of glass, one side is flat. They sure look like these: Yunzi

Made of grenen in dutch, what's the name in English? The legs are separated and can be folded. It was a birthday present for my sister and her boyfriend :)

PatG[ext] Grenen = Yellow Pine Nice board. How did you do the grid?

Kosh: Thanks! The grid is drawn using a normal marker. First 1 layer laquer, then the grid, then 2 additional layers of laquer. Looks nice because it seems that the grid is a little "floating".

[1] Dead and unarchived link. (It's not only unarchived at the source, the picture is also not displayed even in the earliest archived version of the page.) Leaving it in seemed to provide context to the comments.
