The external website for the IICGA is no longer available.

The IICGA was an attempt to spur competition at the collegiate level. Two tournaments were conducted online in 2003 between MIT, CMU and UMD.

Unfortunately, lack of time on the part of the organizers has left this effort mostly defunct.
