I'm Simon. I learnt to play go at Warwick university in October 2007. I improved very quickly to 5 kyu just from reading and ignoring my opponents threats :D. I have very good reading skills from chess (for my strength; clearly they're rubbish compared to some peoples), but the rest of my game is lacking, and i'm not much better than 2 months after i learnt the game.

3 dan seems a nice target :). For, i dunno, maybe next month :P
