Move 27 was the misclick -- I was thinking about a variation, he goes here and I go there, and I clicked on the spot... I rarely entertain takebacks, and I would have been a little embarrassed to ask for one here, so I didn't. Looking at the position again, I think the solidity did pay off later, so perhaps it was better than I thought at the time. If I HAD NOT made this move, a white move around K3 later might prove embarrassing...

And, looking at this again, I'm thinking that a white move at Q9 is more of a concern if I omit 27...
