Agathis

Agathis wood has a soft feel, and is not so heavy as Ash wood is. It has a color that can be explained (when the wood is freshly made into a go board) as creamy. All in all, it is a pleasent wood to use that does not fade as easily as others. It is used in furniture making and also for making budget-priced guitar bodies, as well as go boards.
