Registrant Details Correcting

Registrant Details often need Correcting. Obviously it is good to get things right beforehand, and a contact a couple of weeks before the EGC is good. Use a postal contact for postal entries and Email for web/email entries - send the data you think you are using and ask them to return it with any changes (or none if it is correct).

Despite this there will still be folk who arrive at Registration and want their details changing. The most common change is grade - often because an entrant has changed since he entered. Also common are are names spelt wrongly; forename and surname the wrong way round; sex wrong and country wrong.

Provide a means of correcting this easily and getting the new data into the draw for round 1 and onto any namebadge issued.
