Non Go Side Events

Non-Go Side Events come in various guises:

• Official or Informal
• For everybody or for non-Go playing attenders.
• Competitions or Entertainment

Such side events have included:

• Frisbee garden Go tournament (maybe this should really be in Go side events)
• Pits tournament
• Liar dice tournament
• Shogi tournament
• Football tournament
• Swimming evenings
• Disco
• Barbeque parties
• Song parties
• Saunas

It is also usual to have a group photo - usually the middle weekend permits the maximum number of people to be involved - make sure that people have sufficient warning for it and make the taking of it swift. Ensure that the photo is published somehow.
