HarryFearnley: Of course, we may not reproduce the whole of the Turing notebooks.
However, can we not transcribe the 2.5 pages here? I believe that one is allowed to reproduce a substantial amount of both books, and papers, for the purpose of academic discussion. Does this not apply here? The manuscript is annoying to read since (for me) it requires both magnification and panning.
If it is OK, I have a transcription ready for uploading. :-)

The problem is not general rules for fair use or whatever, but this:

Whatever you make out of it in the special case, the standard should be higher than general internet rules for fair use.
