: modified chat ban = adjustable ignore button

I do suggest a modified chat ban based adjustable ignore button.
Until now I never tried the 'Censor'-button,
although it would be nice to filter out cluttering blabla.
In effect it is just an individual 'Ignore' function, I guess,
as the user is not censored to make (stupid) remarks visible to others.
Dobbin's proposal (on a similar GoDiscussions.com thread combined with the existing 'Censor'/Ignore button would mean to indicate the number of how many people censor the chat of an (subjectively) obnoxious KGS user.
Thereby other users - including that ignored user - could see this figure.
Now KGS could intoduce an adjustable filtering which allows the user to
blend out all comments of those people/UID with more than n 'ignore' indication by other, disturbed users.
Hence, if I as innocent kibitzer am put by a funny user on his/her ignore list - nothing will happen,
but when one certain user spams a 9d - 9d game with 300 visitors, s/he will soon be filtered out, even if n=10.
