So there is no escape for white, no territory to create second eye. After capturing of three black stones Black kills.

If white try to prevent previous position, Black escapes and there is no teritorry for white create two eyes.

Trying to get more territory - and black escapes...

Trying to kill - and again there is three points and 100% for black to kill white.

In this one will be the same situation, won't it?
