Shida Tatsuya

Shida Tatsuya (志田 達哉, b. 1990-12-06) is a Japanese 8 dan of the Nihon Kiin. Chubu affiliated, earned promotion to 1 dan in 2006; 2 dan in 2008; 3 dan in 2009-08-21 (40 wins as 2 dan). 4 dan in 2011; 5 dan in 2012; 6 dan in 2013 and 7 dan in 2014 always on the basis of prize winning.

He is known for patient playing style and endgame skills.

• 4th place in 3rd Nakano Cup Under 20 (2006)
• Winner of the 2nd Hiroshima Arumi Cup in 2007 (tournament for young players).
• Final of the 20th Agon Cup in 2013.
