In February 2021 the link was replaced on the Go Wiki Wiki index with https://rusgolib.gofederation.ru/ , but even that seems to have a faulty certificate as of September. That link is first snapshotted from 2013, so it's apparent that a move took place at that time, from the original site first recorded in 2004.
