  • Annotations (Good move, Hotspot, Unclear ,...)
  • Search nodes for name, annotations, text, markers; bookmark findings

Editing:

  • Supports Undo/Redo for all editing operations
  • Easy to create, change or delete multiple branches, as well as insert sgf-stored branches into the actual game
  • Copy SGF from/to clipboard
  • Branches can have names (node names); these names are used in an optional tiptext window that pops up when several branches can be chosen from to continue
  • Remove custom SGF marks (e.g to get rid of CGoban's CR markers!)

Game viewing:

  • Two modes exist to navigate through branches (Branch mode, Gamme comments mode)
  • Scroll wheel to navigate through moves
  • A slider control for fast navigation
  • Can automatically show branch tip window when facing multiple branches.
  • "Try play" (discard moves if you don't like them) - "tutor play" (you must click on the recorded move to continue - great to review reviews (try to find the move the teacher wants you to find), replay games, test your memory)
  • Remembers previous edit position in a sgf, handy when reloading an sgf
  • Children-style variation viewing (see [ext] https://red-bean.com/sgf/user_guide/index.html#variations)
  • Various tree traversing modes
