ROSE is a candidate move parsing system designed by Lee Hajin, aka Haylee, in 2017. She explains it in her video Deciding Next Move with ROSE.

In her words, it's "a set of systemic questions that can be used in Go games for deciding where to play next". ROSE is an acronym. It stands for:
