Enlarge the ko

A common technique, when the full board position allows for it, is to enlarge a ko, to increase value of the ko, rather than resolving it. Like an approach move, a move to enlarge the ko allows the opponent to re-capture the ko. Unlike approach moves, required to resolve the ko, moves to enlarge the ko are optional.
