Refers to 'First Printing, October 2004'.

pVII, Diagram of pattern 36.
Missing black stone at L3.
p61, Dia 12.
Wrong: Invading the corner with Black 11 is the biggest move.
Right: Invading the corner with White 11 is the biggest move.
p.144, Dia.30.
Diagram 30 does not fit Pattern 30 (compare Black 3 and White 4 in diagram 30 (p.144) with Pattern diagram 30 (p.137)). This happens more often throughout the book to display variations to prevent positions of the 59 patterns found in this book, but here it is misplaced, unless the diagram itself is faulty. Pattern 30 ends with the 'correct answer for Black' of diagram 29. Diagram 30 (p.144) does fit Pattern 29 though and could be another variation (alongside diagram 17) to contrast diagram 16 (p.133). Next, the text that comes alongside the misplaced diagram starts to make sense.
p154, Dia.8.
Wrong: (White 7 is played at the marked stone; Black 8 at White 3)
Right: (White 7 is played at the marked stone; Black 8 at White 3; Black 10 connects at the marked stone)
p155, Dia.12.
Omitted comment: Black 16 connects at 9.
p168, Pattern diagram.
Missing black stone at L3.
p188, Dia.6.
Omitted comment: Black 17 connects at 10.
p194, Dia.1.
Wrong: The sequence to White 12 is a basic joseki.
Right: The sequence to White 8 is a basic joseki.
Unless Black 9 to White 12 were omitted in the diagram, but that doesn't look likely.
p204, Dia.13.
Omitted comment: Black 14 connects at 4.
p210, Dia.9.
Omitted comment: Black 14 connects at 7.
p.249, Dia.8.
Wrong: The sequence to White 13 can be expected.
Right: The sequence to White 9 can be expected.
Unless Black 10 to White 13 were omitted in the diagram.
p279, Problem 30.
Wrong: In the lower right corner, should Black continue by invading at A or playing a hane with B?
Right: In the lower right corner, should White continue by invading at A or playing a hane with B?
p282, Answer 32.
Wrong: White's gain at the bottom does no compensate for Black's gain on the left.
Right: White's gain at the bottom does not compensate for Black's gain on the left.
