Kim Se-Hyun, 1964

KIm Se-Hyun is a Korean 7d amateur.

When she was a student, she lost all the entrance tournaments and abandoned hiser dream of becoming a professional. In the 1980s, she became a strong amateur, finishing 4th in the 1988 Collegiate Championship, and winning the 27th Ama Guksu Championship, placing 4th in the 1994 World Amateur Championship, and then winning the Yudan Championship. Since the 1990s, she has worked as a member of the Daewoo Investment Review Department and contributed to the 1990 victory in a business competition tournament as a member of the Daewoo team. In 1997, she won the 16th Cecil Cup and the 2nd Jisong Cup, all in the amateur divisions.
