The question doesn't say what size the ko threat needs to be, so I'm assuming any size is okay. I see 4, one of which threatens to make another ko.

Let's see...

[Diagram]
Counting ko threats

B1-W2, B3-W4, B5-W6, Black a-White b: 4 threats already. (White cannot play W2 anywhere else without sacrificing the four marked stones.)

[Diagram]
But there's more!

White cannot respond to B1 at a due to snapback. And Black b, white c is another threat. Grand Total: 6 ko threats.

[Diagram]
If white plays atari from the other direction...

B1-W2, B3-W4, B5-W6, Black a-White b: Still 4 threats. (W6 cannot be played at a due to shortage of liberties.)

[Diagram]
But there's more!

Black a, White b, Black c, white d: two more threats. Grand total: still 6 threats.
