it's simple.

as i understood this, this i case when your eyespace can't be reduced to 1 eye because of the suicide rule (attacker can't set a stone there, because his group would have 0 liberties).

but maybe it is a more general term.

unfortunately i didnt find that term on google again. maybe there is a typo. (but google didnt correct it!)

correct name is oshitsubushi . you will find it on senseis.

Bob McGuigan: But some Japanese (and others) romanize the tsu syllable as tu so by that method oshitubushi and oshitsubushi are different spellings of the same word.
