The following question was asked.
Timm(5k): What if Black captures ? That seems playable for me. Black has some points in the corner (White can't come in), a safe top group, and sente. (White could omit 
but...) So isn't this playable ?

Bob McGuigan: In my opinion this is an inferior result for Black. He has only 10 to 12 points in the corner while he has given White powerful outside thickness worth far more. Furthermore, the Black group on the top is not safe. It has a base but can still be attacked.

If white isn't more than extra satisfied here, she can compromise with the capture and be well content (retire early?) with a tortoise shell and sente. Perhaps see A Ponnuki Is Worth Thirty Points. Also, your

My advice: Put it on a real go board, maybe scatter some plausible stones elsewhere.
