146.251.50.244: when run a program under folder name with chinese character (2011-10-08 22:45) [#8813]

i download the portable version, extract into thumb drive, rename the folder name to chinese name. when i run Drago.exe, it's showing language selection page, after press button continue, it show me error message.

Application error :(

Cannot create file "G:\??\Drago.ini". The Filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect

can't execute the program. how to fix this problem?
