Sorry, but I think there is a misunderstanding. We have not link exchanged. This is a wiki, which means anyone can edit. Your site is go related, so it is fine to put links to it on the relevant pages in the wiki. I have put in a link for you, but you could have done it yourself, and that would've been fine too.
If you want to put a link to SL on your site, that is fine. If you don't want to, that is fine too. If you want more attention for your site, you can ask to be put in the list of community advertisements on SL. If you really want to be put on the partner sites list, then you should contact Arno Hollosi (site admin) via email.

Sensei's Library is a non-commercial site, similar to Wikipedia, that does not have any "partner sites". A page has already been created for weiqiok.com, and is listed under Link Collection. If players find your site useful, they may make references to it elsewhere.
As this website is a wikipedia, you are free to make any change yourself that may benefit the site as a whole. However, advertisements must be approved first; visit Community Advertisements On SL to see what to do.
