In the Dictionary of Basic Tesuji, there are many reference to "katsugo shimpyo". Does anyone know what this is?

John F. Katsugo Shinhyou (or Katsugo Shinpyou) is a book compiled by Shinozaki Kotake and published in 1848. However, it has a preface by Kishimoto Saichiro and a publisher's logo of Kitsudo-zo. Since the scholarly Kishimoto used the pen-name Kitsudo and the quality of the problems is so high, it seems justifiable to speculate that he, as a pro, had at least a hand in putting the book together.

I have not been able to get a copy, nor have I ever seen it listed for sale, but from descriptions of it, it is in two volumes and seems to have about 520 problems.

There is a separate Katsugo Shinpen of 1878 by Yokoo Kenkichi which has the distinction of being the first go book to get a book review in a newspaper.
