How should black respond to W7?

White plays W3 like this instead of invading at 3-3, because then the resulting black wall would work together well with black+circle. W5 is unusual, white would normally cut. B6 could also be at W7, after which white would extend to a to make a base.

After B6, white decides to cut anyway with W7. How should black respond? Do you have any alternatives to W7 that might be better?
