六華会 The Rikka-kai (Six Flowers) was a group of young, professional players formed in 1920. It was source of games for newspaper syndication and was supported by journalist Uchida Konosuke. Similar to the Hiseikai, the Rikka-kai was one of the first organizations to introduce standard time limits. It disbanded in 1924 with the founding of the Nihon Kiin.

The founding members were: Kanbara Shigeji, Kosugi Tei, Mukai Kazuo, Murata Seiko, Seo Hiroshi and Suzuki Hideko.

Later associates were: Hasegawa Akira, Shinohara Masami, Hashimoto Utaro, Murashima Yoshikatsu, Takahashi Shigemi, Masubuchi Tatsuko, Onodera Arata, Kitani Minoru and Maeda Nobuaki.
