John F. (19 February 2008?) I think this address is now defunct. Ales Cieply contacted me a few days ago and intimated he was migrating to a new server, as well as preparing a long-awaited update.

tapir: The website works but has only an incomplete data set (e.g. only 1/3 of official matches of Xie Yimin) and isn't updated since 2008. Would be nice to see an update, computation of games for which no official game record exists (preliminary rounds), and more computation of mixed pro-ama events. Otherwise one has to expect low level professional ratings being pushed down beneath good amateur level - because or despite lack of information about their performance against amateurs as we have two only sparsely connected sub-populations here.
